A typical appointment lasts around 45 minutes and is tailored to what Irene finds during your assessment.

    Discuss your symptoms, medical history and what you would like help with.

  2. Assess

    Examine both feet and explain any findings in straightforward language.

  3. Treat

    Provide suitable care and discuss what can help reduce the problem returning.

  4. Finish

    Complete the appointment with moisturiser and a gentle foot massage when appropriate.
